Video 4 provides a short introduction to using the Administration application (AdminApp). This provides subscription service customers with the ability to create authorization codes for their own documents, to reset codes where necessary, and to track code usage and activities relating to their documents. AdminApp is a small and fast-to-use service administration application with the same username/password access as DrumlinPublisher. As with DrumlinPublisher it can be installed and used on multiple devices so that multiple administrators/help desk staff have access to the relevant information and facilities from their own computers. All AdminApp's core functionality is now available within the CODES tab of DrumlinPublisher so it is not necessary to use AdminAppp except where it is found to be more convenient/faster to use. Special cut-down versions of AdminApp can be provided that help desks can use with features limited to code resetting and activity tracking for example
