Javelin3Pro: Registration and Authorization Guidance

IMPORTANT: Only use Javelin3Pro for Windows if advised to by the publisher or if your network access is restricted, e.g. by a corporate firewall. Otherwise, please use the standard version of Javelin3 for Windows, as this does not require separate registration and includes the built-in CATALOG facility you may be asked to use. If you have a problem registering Javelin3Pro please run Javelin3Pro, select the Tools menu, Registration option and try pressing the WEB REGISTRATION button, and this should enable you to register automatically via a web page. If the option is grey-ed out try un-clicking the "manual" option and/or un-register and try again - If not, please let us know and we will register you manually. Alternatively, if you are using a laptop PC, take the laptop to an open-access location, e.g. a public WiFi connection or at home, to register your software and authorize your file(s). You will not require online connectivity after this initial stage.

Once registered, please try opening the drmz file you were provided with and entering the authorization code you were sent by the publisher. If this results in an error message (e.g. your network prevents access) please try the new Web Authorization facility. If you still require assistance let us know - include the authorization code you were provided with, so we can resolve this for you. You can find HELP on common issues here
